Frontier Research on Emerging Electronics

We aim to build an academic utopia grounded in intellectual freedom. Anything of genuine RESEARCH VALUE related to emerging electronics is of interest to us. Don't worry about competition — we can simply do it better. Let's change the world, together!

What we work on

Research Areas

Anything of genuine RESEARCH VALUE related to emerging electronics is of interest to us.

Current Research Interests

Memory device technology and circuit design; systematic co-design framework memory spectrum; monolithic 3D chip integration; and heterogeneous 3D chip packaging.

+ Future Free Space

Free space to be defined by future students.

Looking for idealists who want to build a better world.

Don't worry about competition — we can simply do it better. Don't worry about your skillset or background — those can always be learned. Don't let your past define your future. Don't worry about funding or tenure — that's my responsibility, not yours. And don't worry about publications — papers are just papers, but valuable research stays.
