Stan Guthrie has added the exciting field of molecular electronics to his expertise, following time spent investigating growth and characterization of III-V and oxide nanowires. He holds a M.S. from Yale University and B.S. from Montana State University, both in physics. Stan's interest in fundamental physics grew from his love for nature and the physical universe, followed by a desire to understand it. In addition to collecting degrees (a Ph.D. is planned eventually), he enjoys music and sings in choir. Furthermore, he enjoys spending time with his growing family.
