I am originally from Monterey, California and am a rising junior at Yale University. I became interested in the fields of nanoscience and microelectronics after taking a course taught by Prof. Reed my freshman year. I began working in the lab during the summer of 2007, where my responsibilities include updating the website and maintaining the network computers on top of assisting several graduate students with their research. Current projects include the design and fabrication of a PDMS micro-fluidic sample delivery system for the chem/bio nanowire sensors which David Routenberg is working on as well as the testing of gallium nitride p-n junction nanowires fabricated by IBM.
