IEEE Third Millennium Award to Prof. Woodall

Prof. Prof. Jerry Woodall, EE and AP, received an IEEE Third
Millennium Award. Less than 0.4% of the IEEE membership
is singled out for this award which is given for outstanding
technical contribution to a research area and for valued
service to IEEE. Prof. Woodall received the distinction for
his work in compound semiconductor materials and devices.
