Graduate student wins ACS award
Jim C. Chen, graduate student
advisee of Prof. Menachem
Elimelech, EnvE, has won one of the 2001 Environmental
Engineering and Chemistry Graduate Student Awards.
These awards are given annually by the American Chemical
Society's Division of Environmental Chemistry to outstanding
students in the field of Environmental Engineering and Chemistry.
Jim Chen will also receive a year's membership in the American
Chemical Society and a year's subscription to Environmental
Science & Technology.
