Sikorsky (plant visit, discussions, lunch). Sign
up with
Ms. Joanne Dupee <joanne.dupee@yale.edu>
Rescheduled:
Dr. John Mendillo, Engineering Director, Pratt
& Whitney East
Hartford, will interview for summer internships
Wed., Feb. 26.
Reschedule your interview with Ms. Dupee at

"Introduce
a Girl to Engineering Day":
Some Engineering undergraduates, graduate
students, and
faculty are planning to participate in the
National Engineers
Week's "Introduce a Girl to Engineering
Day" to help raise
awareness among girls about engineering. Girls in
grades 7-10
at five public schools and two private schools in
the New Haven
area will be invited to spend Fri., Feb. 27, at
Yale Engineering
for demonstrations, tours, lunch, and panel
discussions.
The next planning meeting is Mon., Feb. 10, 6:00
pm, in the
Becton Faculty Lounge. The contact for this
project is Monisha
Merchant <monisha.merchant@yale.edu>
Engineering
Library Workshop:
Learn how to find articles using the foremost
literature database
for chemical information, Chemical Abstracts, and
discover other
sources for chemical data. Find out how to
install and search
Chemical Abstracts on your own computer.
Wed., Feb. 12, noon.
Seeking an Engineering Facilities Project Coordinator:
