Environmental Science & Technology, the premier publication in its field, identified its 10 most cited papers for the past decade, according to a citation index.

Among the 10 most cited papers published in Environmental Science & Technology was “Mechanisms of Slow Sorption of Organic Chemicals to Natural Particles” written in 1996 by Joseph Pignatello and Baoshan Xing, Department of Soil and Water, The Connecticut Agricultural Station. Dr. Joseph Pignatello is an Adjunct Professor in our Environmental Engineering Program.
