Using simulations and statistical mechanics arguments, we look into different facets of systems with attractive short-ranged interactions. At high densities, reentrance leads to non-trivial dynamical heterogeneities and rheological behavior. At low densities, quenched dynamical behavior is related to thermodynamic properties.
