Prof. Kuc to be featured on Discovery Channel "Wild Tech," a new series on the Discovery Channel, is developing a seven-part documentary series on the differences and similarities between nature and technology in the areas of speed, navigation, communication, and sight. On June 18, 2003, Prof. Roman Kuc, Electrical Engineering, was interviewed in his Intelligent Sensors Lab at Yale for the program on machines that "see" with sound. The broadcast of this documentary series is tentatively scheduled for the first part of 2004. |
