Summary

I have provided administrative services to Professor Ma and his research
group for the past 23 years. I do the ordering of supplies, chemicals,
equipment, etc., arrange travel, assist in budget preparation, manage
monthly grant statements, pay the bills, schedule visitors. In addition, I
provide these services to Professor Ma in his position as co-director of
our clean room.
