Yale Engineering Association celebrates 25th anniversary, 1939

The Yale Alumni Association (now the Association of Yale Alumni, aya) initiates “Convocations for Alumni.” Following the first on “Medicine at Yale,” “Engineering at Yale” was held in October 1941. These convocations were the precursors of the AYA Alumni Assemblies.

1941

Due to the War in Europe, the annual Engineering Exhibitions organized by the Engineering undergraduates for the general public were discontinued.
