Note added Jan. 28, 2010: I still get occasional kind comments from people who find this page via Google, point out stale links, and suggest replacements. As I am retired now, there is unlikely to be an update to these (pre-Google!) pages. After 10+ years, many links are of course stale. Often such a resource has moved rather than disappeared, and Google can usually find it again quickly with a few descriptive terms. Still, many non-commercial links still work and are better than ever, just more deeply buried amidst the information deluge. Seek them out. You will likely find the inviting calm of the considered expression of quality and purpose.
Where is the Life we have lost in living?
Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?
Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?
