AltaVista: Phrase and Wildcards

Include search terms in quotes to group them into phrases:

"Abraham Lincoln" "to be or not to be"

The asterisk (*) is AltaVista's wildcard character. For example, butt* will get all occurences of butt, butts, butter, button, etc.

colo*r will get matches for both color and the British colour
