Appendix C: Survey Questions

An online survey was created containing the following five questions and basic biographical questions. A link to this survey was sent, via the Association of Yale Alumni's online directory, to the 100 Yale graduates known to have been involved with Team Lux. Of that 100, 9 did not have a valid e-mail address on file and could not be reached, while 17 responded to the survey. For those not responding, it is unknown how many never received it due to factors like no longer using the address on file with the AYA or the message being intercepted by mail filters.
